When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days (unless stated otherwise). This does not include weekends or holidays. Once an order has processed, delivery time can vary by location. After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that contains all USPS tracking details.

How do I care for my bows?

Machine wash on gentle/delicate cycle, and lay flat to dry.

What size should I get?

We carry 4 different sizes for customized products which range from 13"-20”. All headbands will stretch an additional 1"-2”. We recommend that your beauty’s head is measured to ensure that you find the most comfortable fit. Below is a list of our sizes.

Newborn: 13"-15" (preemie-infant)
Baby: 15"-17” (3 month-1 year old)
Kid: 16"-18” (toddler, young child)
Adult: 18"-20” (older child, tween, teenager, adult)

Nylons: One size fits all.

Twists: older child/adult

Knottywraps: older child/adult

Hard Headbands: one size fits all
