Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
We strive on our product being the best before we ship it out to you. Because all products are handmade to custom fit you and your little beauty, all sales are final. However, if there are any sizing issues after receiving your purchase, you will need to contact us and ship it back within 7 days after receiving your item. We will resize your item(s) to help fix your issue. Resizing issues are not exchangeable for store credit since all of our items are customized.
Any bows that come untied within 30 days of purchase will be fixed by Mercabows free of shipping cost. Any bows that come untied after 30 days of purchase, the customer will be responsible for shipping cost.
